An order may be considered delivered when the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, the customer should contact the carrier and JW Fragrances as soon as possible.

We will assist where reasonably possible, but carrier investigations and final outcomes may be outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

Fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, tested, used, or unsealed generally cannot be returned, except where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Fragrance products are intended for normal personal use.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information, warnings, and manufacturer instructions where applicable.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
