JW Fragrances Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The fragrance must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product and packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened, sprayed, tested, used, or unsealed fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, leaking, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

If the issue is verified, JW Fragrances may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return shipping

For returns caused by a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If JW Fragrances shipped an incorrect or verified damaged/defective item, we will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by JW Fragrances.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items returned opened, used, damaged after delivery, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resalable condition may be refused.

Final sale items

Items clearly marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy above.
