Return Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from JW Fragrances. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Fragrance products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
- Opened, sprayed, tested, or used fragrances
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging caused after delivery
- Items returned outside the 7-day return window
- Items clearly marked final sale
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different fragrance, you may place a new order after your return has been approved.
